The bloke on reception was very polite and tried to help us as our room wasn’t done

No food when we arrived at 8.40pm after being advised we had 20 mins to go grab some food, no kettle, robes or slippers what stated on website, fridge is dirty rooms are very small

Nothing too much trouble, I truly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. It was in the central location to the spanish islands. What's more, it was next to shop ` s and Benidorm over the years. The room was modern, the pool was great.

Particularly good and above average breakfast with omelettes and pastries, as example - well worth the money. Brand-new twin room with fresh towels. All in all particularly good location, really close to lots of shops, hill according to previous guest' s who have returned, and shops, bars and restaurants and the beach.

The location was good and perfect, by the entertainment, better than I ever had before. The staff were really helpful, well-mannered.

Brilliant low budget hotel, lovely place for holiday. Quiet units and pleasant staff in a 10 minute queue to speak to receptionist. Very comfy bed, a sofa, a safe, and a hair dryer, separate room. Great and fab location, great area, adjacent to all that benidorm has to offer and the seafront. Again, not far from a modern casino.

The hotel was great value with friendly efficient personnel in a 10 minute queue to speak to receptionist. This location was good, adjacent to the waterfalls, Denia in Spain, and local shops, restaurants and bars. I checked out an outdoor water park, that was set just a short stroll away from the property. Liked the twin room on the balcony, felt like I were home.

I found everything really good, do recommend it to everyone. The location was particularly good for weekend in Benidorm. I found Helen's Tartan Shamrock offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The restaurant was very clean with excellent choice of tasty food and for every budget.

Do recommend this place. Thanks very much guys for a really really nice stay during our visit. The hotel has a central location near the shoreline. It's also adjacent to a shopping centre on the outskirts of town, other restaurants and local shops. The food is outstanding and excellent.

Above average and inclusive breakfast selection of excellent things. Airy & spotless unit with kettle, the balcony, sofa bed too. Marvellous and perfect location for weekend in Benidorm.

The room itself was new-fashioned and airy with separate shower, kettle, as for instance as advertised. The setting was prime, adjacent to all shops and local bars, a shopping centre, and the bars on the strip.

Well-kept and nice looking place, I appreciated very efficient personnel.

The hotel was impeccably clean with above average breakfast selections. The service was very good, I had 3 fantastic nights here. The location was unbeatable, central to lots of bars restaurants takeaways etc a walk away from the Beach! Plus, I was at a moderate distance from an urban public beach. Having different hot drinks in the piano bar was a very nice touch.

The room was airy, the location was perfect. The restaurant was very clean with excellant choice of tasty food, I tried appetising dishes.
